R&H 1892 Jesus in Holy Place?

“If you knew God, if you were truly converted, you would not take pleasure in sinful things. The fear of God would be upon you, and as you looked to Calvary, the hateful character of transgression would be revealed to you, and you would see the great love wherewith God has loved you, and you would not have a disposition to sin. But how would it be with many of you who have dared to handle sacred things with unclean hands and with defiled souls, should the trumpet sound today? How would it be with some of you, should you be called to render up your account at the judgment seat of Christ today? I ask, What would be your condition if Christ should leave the holy place today, and probation should close, and Christ should come? That time is soon to come, though we know not the day or the hour.” The Review and Herald March 29, 1892, paragraph 12

Editor Notes: The use of holy place and most holy place by 1892 would be understood in the Seventh Day Adventist Chruch. In this paragraph the author is saying Jesus is in the holy place, not most holy place. The author also wrote that when Jesus departs the holy place probation will close, and Christ would come!

    1. Thank you Anaya1162,
Did you mean to write that the R&H in 1892 said that Jesus was then in the Holy place or the 1st compartment where Aaron’s sons interceded for Israel’s sins? If that is correct, please mail me the month and date of that R&H. There are two very important visions that Ellen recorded: The very first one with the path with Advents following Jesus, at the end of the path only 144,000 were alive and standing. Then they heard the voice from heaven (Rev. 10 Thunders John was told not to write down what he heard spoken) and then their faces light up as did Moses at Mount Sinai. Today, we know the date and month when that will happen. I am trying to get a biblical calendar on the site to show how all the Feasts of the LORD in Lev. 23 are rehearsals given to Israel and us so that we would not forget these appointed times. We see the Feast of Passover was fulfilled on the exact date and time as given in Lev. 23. I been away since middle of December 2024. Hope to get this prophetic biblical calendar up asap. Thanks for stopping by. I am always searching for additions and corrections in my present understanding. Blessings on you and yours.
